RETURN & REFUND
We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt namaste@ataratma.com. Beyond this period, we reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned to us in original condition, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by our carrier to your nominated address. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened or tested. Please understand that returns or exchanges for items that don’t meet personal preferences are not accepted.
If you haven't tried a perfume prior to purchase, we recommend you order our Discovery Set to explore our collections. Upon purchasing a DiscoverySet, you will receive a voucher of the full value to redeem against your first 50ml bottle purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
