Opening with a ripe, juicy playful fruity pop, Aroha Absolute is quickly balanced with a resinous, sherbety and slightly medicinal cloud of incense, on an earthy woody base of patchouli and vetiver.
Inspired by AROHA, the Sanskrit concept of our soul soaring, perfumer Nelly Hachem-Ruiz imagined temple offerings to create this dazzling fruity floral and frankincense trio.
The fruity notes of strawberry with hints of sweet citrus and mango are playful, ripe and juicy with a youthful innocence. To complete the temple offering, the fragrant floral heart of intoxicating jasmine, the ultimate sacred flower in Indian culture, marries the rich and honeyed but fresh and uplifting Moroccan orange flower.
The surrounding temple emerges into focus with tendrils of mystical incense, complex with citrus and medicinal notes and a resinous sparkle with the heart of Ciste Absolute.
Ciste Absolute extracted from a rock rose, has leathery, amber, sun-soaked herbal facets blending complexity and spice into the incense creating a bridge between the floral heart and earthy woody base. The presence of cool stone and well polished woods complete the picture with a subtle fruity patchouli with earthy, cool, mossy stone facets and a smoky, slightly dry and woody vetiver.
